Celebrate Christmas 2025 with us at The Fox. This year, our chefs have crafted a festive menu that combines seasonal flair with comforting classics. Whether you’re planning a family gathering, catching up with friends, or organising a work party, our welcoming Cotswolds setting offers the perfect place to celebrate.

Starters to Begin the Celebration

To start your meal, choose from a selection of warming and flavourful dishes. For something savoury, try the Spiced Cotswold Terrine with apricot & ginger chutney and brioche. Alternatively, the White Bean & Rosemary Soup with a crisp courgette fritter (v, gfo) provides a lighter, rustic option. If you prefer something rich and aromatic, enjoy the Goats Cheese, Parsley & Spring Onion Soufflé with sticky marmalade (v). Meanwhile, seafood lovers will appreciate the Salmon & Fennel Arancini with crab apple purée and samphire (gf).

Traditional & Seasonal Main Courses

When it comes to the main event, our chefs showcase both tradition and creativity. Naturally, you can savour our Roast Turkey with all the festive trimmings (gf). For a deeper, heartier flavour, choose the Slow Braised Lamb Shoulder with dauphinoise potato, glazed parsnips and sauce agrodolce (gf). If you prefer fish, the Smoked Mackerel Hotpot with Black Bomber potatoes and parsley sauce (gf) offers a comforting twist. Finally, for a vibrant vegetarian option, try the Pumpkin & Sage Ravioli served with a vegetable bhaji in a fragrant coconut broth (v).

Indulgent Festive Desserts

To finish, indulge in one of our delectable desserts. Perhaps you’ll enjoy the Steamed Syrup Sponge Pudding with thick custard, or maybe the Dark Chocolate Lingot with white chocolate sauce and dulce de leche ice cream will tempt you instead. For a traditional finale, our Christmas Pudding with brandy sauce and winter berry compote never disappoints. On the other hand, if you prefer a savoury ending, select our Two Cheeses with quince and crackers.
